Employee of the Month - June 2009

Often news is not good news - however we want to celebrate one of our staff members this month.

Kim Bland is an exceptional Administration and Service Co-ordinator who has just joined the Coachouse and Leading Edge Foundation team.

Kim meets every day with a smile on her face, she welcomes our clients with the values that we hold dear at Leading Edge Foundation - that people matter. She willingly and ably turns her hand to anything she is asked and picks up the next challenge with love and laughter.  You will meet Kim as you walk in the door - she is the one who sits in the reception office! She will answer the phone, attend to your needs or find the person who can. She is an amazing treasure who we want to honour this month.

We believe at Leading Edge Foundation in honouring those who seek to serve with their whole heart. We choose an employee of the month to honour who has served in exceptional ways. This month we honour Kim.
